Hello, I came to this site by accident, I was reading about a guy from Padua, and I thought about math there but couldn't remember Alberto Facchinni's name. Anyway along time ago, Gunther Krause and I wondered if you could find a ring with every proper quotient, say one side, artinian, but not noetherian. It looks like you can adjoin Mistake----Adding a unit to Hartley's example and solve the problem. Am writing off makes the cuffradical have lots of submodules.vic camillo |
