How to derivate $e^{f(x)}$ where $f(x) = -3x$

I'm looking to integrate this:

$\int e^{-3x} \mathrm{d}x.$

Is there any formula for $e^{f(x)}$ ? Is there a website/reference with the most common integral formulas?

Thanks for you help
