I would think that the boundary of the Mandelbrot set can not be parametrized. The Mandelbrot set is simply connected and has a Hausdorff dimension between one and of two. I assume you mean parametrized by a single variable, but that would only work if the boundary had a a Hausdorff dimension of one.
