I think a good introductory book is Federer's book "Geometric measure theory", I remember the first chapter is on Grassman Grassmann algebra. Another more accessible book is "The Road to Reality" by Roger Penrose, you can check the chapter on Grassman Grassmann algebra and clifford Clifford algebra.
