I want to construct Birkohoff Polytopes for which the volume is known in Matlab. How can I construct so?

Mathoverflow isn't the right place for this question, which seems like more of a Matlab question than a math question. The Birkhoff polytope is the convex hull of the permutation matrices, but I don't know what you mean by "constructing" it. – Henry Cohn Jan 22 2012 at 17:30
