I hava an irregularly shaped 3d object. Of this object I know the areas of the crossections in regular intervals. How can I calculate the volume of this object?

The trick you are looking for is called the coarea formula. In my opinion, the best presentation of this trick can be found in the book Geometric Inequalities by Burago and Zalgaller, Sec. 13.4. – Liviu Nicolaescu Jan 13 2012 at 15:02
