As you may (or may not) know Springer has a whole lot of books published (essentially) on-line at springerlink.com (assuming your institution subscribes).

The catalog at the moment is a bit scattershot for instance they have Hormander's Analysis of Partial Differential Operators Vols. II-IV but not Vol. I and I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the criterion used to decide which books are chosen.

My impression was that all the LNMs are accessible online, modulo subscription. – Yemon Choi Feb 22 2011 at 23:13

Why is it a question for MO? It should be addressed to Springer. – Mark Sapir Feb 23 2011 at 4:08
