Commutative fractional ideals [closed]

Is it always true that IJ=JI for fractional ideals I and J of a domain?

Is your "domain" noncommutative? If so, how are you defining a fractional ideal? – Steven Landsburg Sep 19 at 16:36
It is not given... I have to prove things about the ideal quotient of fractional ideals. – Joby Sep 19 at 16:59
wait a minute... a domain is always commutative! :-) – Joby Sep 19 at 17:08
