There should be some equaivalence of categories of reps for levels k and -k(+h?). Geometrically that is kind of FourierMukai between D-modules on Bun and D-modules on Loc, which is for abelian case is Rothman's? transform. – Alexander Chervov Sep 19 at 16:06
