Is there exist a nilpotent (non abelian) Lie group of fields of the plane with a commom singularity?

It would help if you would (a) define what you mean by "fields of the plane with a commom singularity" (I guess you mean vector fields with a common zero?) and (b) explain your motivation for the question, and (c) explain what you have tried so far that didn't work.
