I recently got interested in graphs (2-3 days) because of an assignment on that. If my intuition is right, trying to interpret the pagerank for lower eigenvectors, I would suggest that what it gives is kind of the second (third etc) most "important" sub-network with a ranking of the links in the eigen vector... But that is just pure intuition...</p>
