Are all of its representations known?
http://mathoverflow.net/questions/49495/heisenberg-group-over-the-gaussian-integers/49496#49496 Answer by Alex Bartel for Heisenberg group over the Gaussian integers Alex Bartel 2010-12-15T08:23:07Z 2010-12-15T08:38:54Z
A quick google search produced this paper. It gives generators and relations for the Heisenberg group over rings of integers of quadratic fields and discusses its representations.
