If you want to learn about techniques used by hackers to break into systems (and thereby improve your programming to stop those hackers), then this book is no good for you. On the other hand, if you want to learn about low level bit-flipping tricks, then this could be of interest. It is well written and tells a good story. Perhaps not the story you expect.</p>
