I would like to have a hint about a good book to study this subject.

Thanks in advance
http://mathoverflow.net/questions/109222/jacobi-method-on-first-order-partial-differential-equations/109247#109247 Answer by mathphysicist for Jacobi method on first order partial differential equations mathphysicist 2012-10-09T18:24:48Z 2012-10-09T18:24:48Z
For starters see e.g. chapter IX of Forsyth's classical Treatise on Differential Equations.
http://mathoverflow.net/questions/109222/jacobi-method-on-first-order-partial-differential-equations/109268#109268 Answer by Francois Ziegler for Jacobi method on first order partial differential equations Francois Ziegler 2012-10-10T01:52:41Z 2012-10-10T01:52:41Z
Chapter VII of É.
